A mixed level class connecting movement with breath,a great place to start and continue to challenge yourself! all levels welcome
Breath Body Link Flow
Begins with a good mix of stretching and lengthening, creating open space in the body to move on to deepening in poses and building strength while focusing on linking breath and movement together.Mixed level class
Power Yoga
This is a more vigorous style flow. Heat in the room will help with flexibility and induce sweating which intensifies the detoxing aspects of the poses. Please bring water and a towel!
Beginner's Basics
New to yoga?? Come start with the basics! Stretching,Postures focusing on alignment, Introduction to breathing and relaxation techniques.
Yin/Yang
In this class we will begin with a fiery Yang/vinyasa practice to build heat in the body. Then we will melt deeply with a Yin practice, moving into a meditative state and stretching our connective tissues with the support of props.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A slower paced class focusing on stretching all areas of the body while relieving stress and increasing flexibility.This is a great sequence for the beginner yoga student or regular yogi who wants to tone it down for the day
Yin Yoga
The practice of Yin Yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles.It consists of longer held postures targeting the dense connective tissues of the body. The time spent in a pose will enable you to remain mindful and cultivate awareness , leading to meditation.
Bikram Fusion Flow
A mix of Bikram poses mixed with fun twists and flows to challenge and motivate your practice. Non-heated,but you will work up a good sweat . Come prepared to fuse your mind,body,breath and spirit to help reduce stress,control weight and feel more balanced
